What you choose to submit.
The form accepts contact details, company, packaging requirements, approximate quantity, location, timing and your message. Provide an email or phone number so the review team can respond. Keep passwords, financial details and sensitive private information out of the brief.
Where the enquiry goes.
Requests are stored in the shared 1DB lead system under Heavy Duty Boxes and sent to the configured Repackify review team. Server-side website credentials identify the source and are not included in browser assets. Technical information such as the request ID, page, referrer, campaign fields, IP address and browser details may support routing, reliability, attribution and abuse prevention.
Accounts and follow-up.
Where the shared account service is available, signed-in requests are associated with that account in 1DB. Guest submissions are not automatically attached by matching an email address. Submitting an enquiry does not request SMS marketing or confirm a purchase, collection or shipment.
Questions and correction requests.
Use the enquiry form for a privacy or correction request, include the receipt reference if available, and clearly identify it as an account or privacy question. The review team may need to verify your relationship to the record before changing or disclosing information.
